Small Shower Chance This Afternoon

April 14, 2016

Thursday, April 14, 2016 — 11:49 am

This Afternoon — Cloudy. A stray shower or two possible. High: 73°. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph.

HRRR loop through midnight:

HRRR favors the idea of showers streaming into our area this afternoon. Based on current radar trends, it appears the HRRR is probably overdoing things. We’ll go with only a 20% of seeing a shower or two this afternoon and evening. If you’re heading out to Crump Paris for a practice or ball game this evening, take an umbrella just in case, but we’ll likely be dry for the most part. Temperatures will be comfortable in the 60s this evening.

Friday — Partly sunny. Small shower chance. Wake up: 51°, High: 73°. Winds SE at 5 to 10 mph.

We’ll hopefully see a little bit more sunshine tomorrow. Once again, we’ll have a minor shower chance, but more than likely, we’ll remain dry for most of the day, if not all day.

Weekend Preview:

Saturday — Mostly sunny. Wake up: 46°, High: 75°.

Sunday — Sunny. Wake up: 47°, High: 78°.

If you have plans to be outdoors this weekend, and many of you probably do, there will be no shortage of sunshine and warmth to enjoy! And unlike last weekend, there won’t be any frost or freeze concerns, either! Get out and enjoy the outstanding weather!
