HRRR loop through 2 AM, Tuesday:
As you can probably tell by the model image above, rain showers are going to be pretty much continuous as we go through the afternoon and evening before coming to an end after midnight. HRRR is hinting at brief changeover to snow being possible before the precipitation moves out entirely, but it shouldn’t be enough to cause any significant impacts, especially with temperatures expected to be just above freezing.
The National Weather Service says we could receive anywhere from 1 to 3 inches of rain before all is said and done, but it shouldn’t cause any flooding concerns.
Tuesday — More rain. Wake up: 35°, High: 45°. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.

Another round of scattered rain showers will be likely late tomorrow morning through around sunset.

After this next round of showers moves on, we’ll finally begin to dry out, and the stage will be set for spring-like warmth to infiltrate the area late this weekend and heading into the weekend!
