It’s Cold

January 11, 2016

Monday, January 11th, 2016 — 1:19 PM

It’s just really cold outside, y’all.

This Afternoon — Mostly sunny and cold. High: 37°. Winds SSW at 5 mph.

If yesterday’s flurries weren’t unimpressive enough, then good news! We could have another batch of the non-threatening white stuff overnight and tomorrow morning!

Tuesday — Partly sunny with a few passing flurries. Still cold. Wake up: 28°, Afternoon high: 39°. Winds NW at 10 to 15 mph.

If there’s anything positive about tomorrow, it’s that cloud cover will keep our temperatures early in the morning from falling as drastically as they did this morning. However, those same clouds will also help to inhibit us from warming up very much during day. Bummer.

As we progress through the week, temperatures will remain cold through Wednesday before warming back above average Thursday and Friday. Rain chances will reenter the forecast heading into the weekend, and once again, there’s a chance we could see some flurries or snow showers on Sunday before all is said and done. It’s still way too far out to give any specifics, but we’re not too impressed with what we see right now. We’ll keep you posted over the coming days if things change.
