Mr. William “Bill” Norris, age 71 of Smithville died Wednesday morning, September 23 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro. He is survived by: wife, Patti Clift Norris; sons, Jonathan Norris and wife Christie of Cleveland, Patrick Norris of Loudon; step-sons, Patrick Bell of Shelbyville, Michael Halley of Madisonville; siblings, Mary Lou Key and husband Jimmy of Carthage, Jimmy Norris of South Carthage; grandchildren, Asher, Brantley, Cheyenne Norris, Chloe, Makenzie, Peyton, Preston Bell, Colton Boggess; beloved companion, Bentley.
Memorial Services for Mr. Norris will be conducted on Sunday afternoon, September 27 at 3:00 PM at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. Bro. Jackie Dawson will officiate. A Private Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens will be conducted at a later date.
Visitation on Sunday only from 1:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to Alive Hospice Residence of Murfreesboro.
Masks are required.
