Ms. Ruth Green, age 77, of Carthage, died Sunday afternoon, July 12, 2020, at her home.
She is survived by: 2 children, Michael Green and wife Shelia of Rome, Sissy Green of Carthage; sister, Ann Oldham and husband Jerry of Chattanoogna; Like a daughter, Jan Presley and husband Ray of Lafayette; 2 grandchildren, Brandon Green and wife Amy of Pleasant Shade, Kristy Green of Granville; 2 great-grandchildren, Emily Green and Savannah Green both of Santa Clarita, California; caregivers, Belinda Watts and Jo Sponaugle.
Ms. Green is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. Graveside Services and Interment will be conducted on Tuesday morning, July 14, at 10:00 AM at the Ridgewood Cemetery in Carthage. Bobby Watts will present the eulogy.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
The family has requested memorials to the Smith County Humane Society.
