Ms. Joella Gregory
Ms. Joella Gregory, age 94, of Carthage and formerly of Defeated Creek, died Friday afternoon, February 21, 2020, at Smith County Health Care.
She is survived by: daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Howard Bane of Carthage; sister-in-law, Ruth Anderson of Carthage, 4 grandchildren, Michelle Sells and husband Brad of Cookeville, Kelly Donoho and husband Jerome of Tanglewood, Tanya Bodsford and husband Mark of Cookeville, Travis Bane of Maggart; 11 great-grandchildren.
Ms. Gregory is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Monday afternoon, February 24, at 1:00 PM. Bro. Jimmy Gregory will officiate. Interment in the Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens with Bro. Jamie Duke officiating.
Serving as pallbearers are: Mark Bodsford, Jerome Donoho, Brad Sells, Jordan Bane, Travis Bane, Samuel Bodsford.
Visitation will begin on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM and on Monday from 10:00 AM service time at 1:00 PM.
