Ernestine Woodmore Shinault was born on July 8, 1957 to the late Thomas and Helen Woodmore,
Sr. of Riddleton, TN. After battling a host of recent medical conditions, she passed away
peacefully in her sleep at her home in Riddleton, TN. She was preceded in death by her
spouse, William Robert Shinault, and her brother, Thomas Woodmore, Jr.Mrs. Shinault had a smile that lit up any room she was in, a voice that captured the ears and hearts of many, as she
sang in her early years with Bobby Jones Gospel Choir, and was a dedicated member of her Church Choir here
at Williams Chapel until her health began to fail. She also enjoyed and greatly loved playing the piano.Mrs. Shinault lived a full life and leaves behind many memories to forever be cherished.
Whether it be that gentle voice, the light tone of her singing one of her great
grandchildren to sleep, or her and her sister, or as I call them, “Thelma and Louise”, she’ll
forever be in our hearts. She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters: Tara Woodmore of Riddleton, TN, and
Marika Pratt of Gordonsville, TN; four grandchildren: Tyquasia Hastings (Dhiarius Sesley) of
Madison, TN, Zyshawn Andrews of Hartsville, TN, LaDainian Crawford of Gordonsville, TN

Andrews of Lebanon, TN and Dawn Piper of Bethpage, TN; as well as a dedicated host of
nieces, nephews, and cousins too large to list.
