Ms. Deborah “Dab-A-Do” Usry, age 54, of Cookeville, TN and a longtime residents of Carthage, TN, passed away Friday, September 11, 2015 at her home.
Ms. Usry was born November 12, 1960 in Hazard, KY, the Daughter of the late Russell Cornett and Martha Belcher. She was also preceded in death by Brother; Russell Dean Cornett.
Ms. Usry is survived by Two Sons; Matthew Usry of Madison, TN, and Brandon Usry of Bowling Green, KY. Siblings; Carolyn Sue Smith (Fess) Halcomb of Letherwood, KY. Patricia (Marvin) Rajewski of Versailles, KY. Peggy Tays of White House, TN. Randy J. Cornett of Hermitage, TN. Linda (James) Knight of Murfreesboro, TN. Mellissa Phillips Belcher of White House, TN.
Celebration of Life for Ms. Usry are scheduled to be conducted from the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Saturday, September 19, 2015.
Visitation with the Usry family will be held at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes only on Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 3PM until 5PM.
In lieu of flowers, the Usry family requests donations be made to assist with the funeral expenses.
