Ms. Birdie Silcox Ross
Ms. Birdie Silcox Ross, age 74, of Smithville and formerly of Carthage, died Sunday morning, January 5, 2020, at Smithville NHC.
She is survived by: 4 children, Sandra Lincolnius and Crickett of Blocksburg, Virginia, Leslie Bush of Sparta, Penny Flarida of Red Boiling Springs, Sammy Bush and wife Amanda of Tompkinsville, Kentucky; sister, Maxine Barrett of Brush Creek; 2 brothers, Thomas Silcox of Alexandria, Charles Silcox of Carthage; 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
Ms. Ross is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral home where her service will be conducted on Tuesday afternoon, January 7, at 1:00 PM. Bro. Tim Frank will officiate. Interment in the Ridgewood Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are: Thomas Silcox, Charles Silcox, Sammy Bush, Brandon Hale, Don Barrett, Mickey Barrett.
Visitation will be on Tuesday only from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
