Belinda Gail Evans age 67 of Carthage, died Wednesday at Riverview Regional Medical Center in Carthage. Gail was born Dec. 17, 1957 in Lebanon, daughter of the late Louis Carter and Marie Malone Ellis and was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Boyd. Gail was a longtime restaurant manager and operator in Watertown and Carthage.
She is survived by a brother, Michael (Angie) Ellis of Smithville; nephews, Austin (Briana) Ellis of Smithville and Christian Ellis of Smithville; her brother-in-law, Tony Boyd of Sparta and nephew, Anthony (Tonya) Boyd of Smithville and niece, Dovie (John) Westmoreland of Sparta; cousin Karen Carter of Lancaster and special friends, Chrystal Cowles and Kathy Quarles.
Gail has chosen cremation and a celebration of her life will be planned.
