Mrs. Virginia Scurlock Driver
Mrs. Virginia Scurlock Driver, age 94 of South Carthage, died Tuesday evening, June 7 at Riverview Regional in Carthage. She is survived by: daughter, Martha Sanders of South Carthage; sisters, Carrie L. Myatt of Dickson, Willa Dean Williams of Pegram; brother, Clarence Dickens and wife Linda Faye of Old Hickory; 8 grandchildren, Todd Scurlock and wife Angela, Rickey Scurlock and wife Tracy, Hope Bogle and husband Larry, Kerrin Silcox and husband Tony, Ginger Angel and husband Steve, Cynthia Young and husband Kevin, Randy Scurlock and wife Kristi, Angel Williams and husband Greg; 16 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Driver is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. Her service will be conducted on Monday, June 13 at 3:00 PM at the Church of God of Prophecy on Lebanon Highway. Rev. Eddie Croyle and Rev. Bill Parkerson will officiate. Interment in the Ridgewood Cemetery with Bro. James Guire officiating. Michael Roberts, Rickey Scurlock II, Todd Scurlock, Rickey Scurlock Sr. Larry Bogle, Tony Silcox, Randy Scurlock, and Steve Angel will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be on Monday only at the Church of God of Prophecy on Lebanon Highway from 9:00 AM until service time at 3:00 PM.
