Mrs. Theresa Lynn Stephens
Mrs. Theresa Lynn Stephens also known as “Hornet”, age 50 of Gordonsville, TN, passed away Monday Afternoon, November 16, 2015, at the Riverview Regional Medical Center in Carthage, TN.
She was born on January 5, 1965 in Shreveport, LA, the Daughter of the late Rudolph Burton Tanner, Sr. and Mother; Annie Mae Smith.
She is survived by her Husband; Sparky, Daughters; DeeAnna Michael Gibson, Jessica Lynn Collins, Jamie Perry, Denise Perry, and Kaylee Clark. Grandchildren; Trinity Grace, Landin Michael, and Jacob Dwyane Collins, Hannah McCulloch, Kolton True, Alexis Perry, and Austin Perry. Brother; Rudolph Burton (Tammy Faye) Tanner, Jr. Nephew; DJ (Brittany) Ingle. Niece; Kayla (Cody) Ferrell. She had two great nephews and two great nieces. Uncle; William Ed Waltman, Aunt; Peggy Louise Chaney. Aunt; Becky Waltman. Various cousins and Special Friend (Daughter); Danielle Clark, who was always there for her.
Memorial Services for Mrs. Stephens are scheduled to be conducted from the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 3PM.
Visitation with the Stephens family will be held at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes only on Saturday from 2PM until service time at 3PM.
In Lieu of flowers; the Stephens family requests that donations be made to the funeral account.
