Ruth Shoulders
Mrs. Ruth Shoulders, age 78, of Tanglewood, died Tuesday morning, March 28, at Riverview Regional in Carthage. She is survived by: husband, Eld. Billy Joe Shoulders; son, Shannon Shoulders of Tanglewood; grandson, Charles Smith and wife Sara of Cookeville; 3 sisters, Retta Williams and husband Bobby of Difficult, Rhonda Keisling and husband Mike of Hartsville, Rita Montgomery and husband Eddie of Difficult; brother, John Paul Jones of Lebanon.
Mrs. Shoulders is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, March 30, at 1:00 PM. Eld. Rickey Hall and Eld. Gary Drennon will officiate. Interment in the Beasley Cemetery in Graveltown. Active pallbearers are: Randy Shoulders, Jerry Hubbard, Prentice Smith, Allen Jones, Lee Fisher, Fay Ethridge and Dean Montgomery.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to the Pole Beasley Cemetery Mowing Fund.
