Mrs. Rosa Lee Davis
Mrs. Rosa Lee Davis, age 80, of Lebanon, TN, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015, at the University Medical Center in Lebanon, TN.
Mrs. Davis was born June 27, 1935 in Smith County, TN, the Daughter of the late; Hugh Smith and Etta Ramsey. She married Leonard Hayden Davis and he preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by Son; Gary Lee Davis on July 11, 2000, Brothers; Charles Smith, Earnest Smith, and Bernice Smith, and Granddaughter; Stephanie Blackburne. She loved her family and gardening.
Mrs. Davis is survived by Sons; Leonard “Wiggle” (Lisa) Davis of Dixon Springs, TN, and Joe “Preacher” Thackston Davis of Chestnut Mound, TN. Daughters; Kathy (Steve) Schnabel of Dixon Springs, TN, Margaret Jo (Paul) Jackson of Rome, TN, and Janice Kay Stafford of Lebanon, TN. Brother; Hubert (Tooter) Smith. Nine Grandchildren and Thirteen Great-Grandchildren also survive.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Davis are scheduled to be conducted from the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 11AM with Elder James T. Gibbs officiating. Interment will follow in the Maxwell Family Cemetery.
Visitation with the Davis family will be held at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Monday from 3PM until 8PM and again on Tuesday from 9AM until the time of the service at 11AM.
