Phyllis Ann Minick age 80 of Lebanon, died Wednesday evening Aug. 13, 2025 at her residence. Born Sept. 10, 1944 in Jamestown, TN, daughter of the late Ray Atkins and Sally Mae King Atkins. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Shirley Atkins, Harold Atkins and twin brother, Bud Atkins; and sister, Ruth Sherrill. Phyllis attended Madison High School and was a beautician.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Bill Minick of Lebanon; children, Brandon (Erica) Hinkle – Carthage, Denise (Marvin) Martin of Goodlettsville, Stanley (Christie) Minick of Carthage; grandchildren, Kylie Hinkle, Dakota Minick, Eli Hill; nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025 at Hunter Funeral Home with Randall Hunt officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till service time on Sunday. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Norene, TN.
