Mrs. Mary Bane, age 92 of Elmwood and formerly of South Carthage, died Sunday morning, July 17 at her home. She is survived by: husband of 75 years, Willie B. Bane; children, Charles Bane of Bradford Hill, Richard Bane and wife Nola of Smithville, Linda Bane McKinney of Carthage, Larry Bane and wife Debbie of South Carthage, Tommy Bane and wife Debra of Watervale, Ronnie Bane and wife Gena of Elmwood; sister, Ethel Simpson of Madison, AL; 21 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bane is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Thursday morning, July 21 at 11:00 AM. Bro. Roger Grisham will officiate. Interment in the Prosperity Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Seth McKinndy, Todd McKinney, Tommy Lee Bane, Casey Bane, Austin Bane, Ronnie Bane.
Visitation will begin on Tuesday afternoon from 3:00 until 8:00 PM on Wednesday from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
