Mrs. Margaret Ann Watts, age 73 of South Carthage, died Friday evening, August 4 at St. Thomas Mid-Town in Nashville. She is survived by: husband, Billy Watts; daughter, Deanna Tyree and husband Mike of Estill Springs; son, Keith Watts and fiancee’ Lisa Smallwood of South Carthage; sisters, Brenda Mofield Napier Eidson and William Napier of Rome,Janice Wilmore and husband Billy of South Carthage; brother, Junior Mofield and wife Debbie of Rome; 6 grandchildren, Michael Tyree and wife Stefanie of Elora, Kaleb Tyree and wife Breanna of Estill Springs, Kaitlyn Watts of Spring Hill, Florida, Hannah Pursley of Estill Springs, Madison Watts of Gallatin, Kody Watts of Gallatin; 5 great-grandchildren, Jathan, Mason, Thomas, Charley, and Luke.
Mrs. Watts is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Tuesday morning, August 8 at 11:00 AM. Bro. Jimmy Gregory will officiate and Bro. Mike Tyree will present the eulogy. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are: Michael Tyree, Kaleb Tyree, Kody Watts, Whit Napier, Kenneth Watts, Tommy Mofield.
Visitation will begin on Monday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
