Mrs. Mamie Lee Kittrell
Mrs. Mamie Lee Kittrell, age 86, of the Cartwright Community, died Monday afternoon, November 30, at Macon County General in Lafayette. She is survived by: daughter, Betty Kittrell Green and husband Ken of Mt. Juliet; 4 sisters, Eller Sircy of Russell Hill, Jean Gibbs and husband Pete of Russell Hill, Janie Croslin and husband Glen of Lebanon, Geraldine Likens and husband Billy Joe of McClures Bend; 2 brothers, Herbert Sircy and wife Carolyn of Russell Hill, Ray Sircy and wife Anita of Rawles Creek; 2 grandchildren, Kristy Stafford of Mt. Juliet, Kyle Green and wife Brandi of Graniteville, South Carolina; 1 great-grandson, Kaelin Green.
Mrs. Kittrell is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Thursday morning, December 3 at 11:00 AM. Eld. Dean Sircy will officiate. Interment in the Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens. Kyle Green, Keith Sircy, Ronnie Anderson, Carl Brown, Mike Sircy and Ricky Anderson will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
The family has requested memorials to the Jordan Hackett Foundation.
