Jo Ann Wilburn, age 84, of Portland, Tennessee entered into her heavenly home on Thursday, July 9, 2026. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, with Elder Donald Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Portland Memorial Gardens. The Family will be receiving friends and family on Monday, July 13, 2026 from 3:00-8:00p.m. and Tuesday, July 14, 2026 from 1:00-2:00p.m. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Long and Estelle Mungle Long, and her son-in-law, Robert Coker. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Floyd Calvin Wilburn; Children, Stephanie Diane Coker of Gallatin, Tennessee, Scott Eric Wilburn (Deb) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Heather Nicole Tuliano (Jamie) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; Brother, Roy Leonard Long Jr. of Hartsville, Tennessee; Sisters, Teresa Lynn Daughtry (Herman) of Foley, Alabama, and Lisa Marie Thompson (Larry) of Pleasant Shade, Tennessee; Grandchildren, Sarah Coker (Jesse Edwards), Laura Williams (Josh), Isabelle Lacer, Natalie Lacer, Canon Tuliano, Brandy Forren (Jon), and Tiffany Treadway (Patrick); Great-Grandchildren, Mirabel Williams, Eleanor Williams, Kayla Forren, Gracie Forren, and Millie Treadway. Pallbearers will be Josh Williams, Jesse Edwards, Patrick Treadway, Jon Forren, Daniel White, and Bill Givens.
