Mrs. Janice Evans, age 50, of Carthage, TN, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016.
Mrs. Evans was born June 20, 1965 in Carthage, TN, the Daughter of the late Fred Wilson Givens, Sr. and Linda Dale Manier Givens.
Mrs. Evans is survived by Two Children; Erica Evans of Lebanon, TN, and Jonathan (Candace) Evans of Difficult, TN. Brother; Fred Wilson (Andi) Givens, Jr. of South Carthage, TN. Sisters; Michelle Givens of Carthage, TN, Jennifer (Buddy) Hancock of Baxter, TN, Dana (Jeff) Thompson of Carthage, TN, and Angela Manier of Carthage, TN. Seven Grandchildren; Jaeden Evans, Tatum Evans, Declan Evans, Desmond Evans, Eryelle Haughton, and Erionah Haughton. Several aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside Services and Interment for Mrs. Evans are scheduled to be conducted on Monday, April 11, 2016, at 2PM at the Smith County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation with the Evans family will be held at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Home on Monday from 12 Noon until departure for the cemetery at 1:30PM.
