Mrs. Hazel Gregory age 75 of Tanglewood died Saturday afternoon, March 22 at Riverview Regional in Carthage. She is survived by: husband, Jack Gregory, 2 children, Carla Arlene Erickson and husband Scott of Kansas City, MO, Carl Mahan of Charleston, MO; 3 step-children, Elizabeth Ann Gregory, Daniel Alan Gregory, Michael Arlan Gregory all of Salem, MO; sister, Darlene Wallace of Elkeno, OK, brother, Darrel Piatt of the Antioch community; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Gregory will be cremated at Cumberland Family Services in Cookeville. No formal service is planned at this time.
