Mrs. Gladys C. Michaels, age 84 of River Point in South Carthage, died Saturday morning, July 26 at Smith County Health and Rehab. She is survived by: children, Brenda Freeman Voelker and husband David of South Carthage, Lisa Carol Teague and husband Larry of Paris, TN, Staci Mallett Brown and Karen of Springfield, TN, Audrey Gail Michaels of San Diego, Robert Junior Michaels II of San Diego; siblings, Jerry Sue Hartzfield of Elmhurst, IL, Nancy Ada Hartzfield of Philadelphia, PA, Johnny Mae Hartzfield of Chicago, IL; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services and interment will be conducted on Saturday morning, August 16 at 10:00 AM at the Tyree Family Cemetery. Bro. Derry Lomax will officiate. Serving as pallbearers are: David Voelker, Myles Voelker, Derry Lomax, Isaac Lomax, Jajuan Lomax, Larry Woods.
The family will recieve family and friends at the home following the services.
