Mrs. Geraldine Gregory, age 98 of Four-Way Inn, died Monday afternoon, August 22 at her daughter’s home in Smithville. She is survived by: daughter, Brenda Stanley of Smithville; grandson, Greg Owens and wife Tammy of Chattanooga; great-grandchildren, Devon Owens and wife Brittany of Harriman, Codi Owens and wife Stormy of Adairsville, GA.
Mrs. Gregory is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. Her service will be conducted at Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church on Pleasant Shade Highway on Thursday afternoon, August 25 at 1:00 PM. Eld. James Thomas Gibbs and Bro. Jackie Dillehay will officiate. Interment in the Dixon Springs Cemetery with Eld. Kenny Hensley officiating. Serving as pallbearers are: Scotty Wilmore, Marty Wilmore, Stacey Wilmore, Billy Wilmore, Randy Shoulders, Kenny Gregory. Honorary pallbearers are: Devon Owens, Codi Owens, Cliff Owens, Joe Kemp, Jeff Kemp, Ted Kemp, Derrial Shoulders, Daniel Shoulders, Shannon Shoulders, Steven Kemp, Adam Kemp, Ray Gregory, Michael Gregory, Robert Sinclair, Steve Wilmore, Raymond Allen Smith, Jerry Hubbard, Charles Smith.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home.
Visitation on Thursday will be at Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church.
