Mrs. Gail Davis, age 69 of McClures Bend, died Friday morning, February 12 at Riverview Regional in Carthage. She is survived by: sons, Shannon Davis and wife Bea of McClures Bend, Stacy Davis and wife Debbie of Pleasant Shade; brother, Donny Martin and wife Margie of McClures Bend; sister, Darlene Bush and husband Tony of Elmwood; 4 grandchildren, Dakota Davis and wife Bailey, Kimberly Davis and fiance’ Brandon Satterfield, Ashley Butler and husband Chris, Jordan Davis; special friend, Larry Brownlee of Defeated Creek; 5 great-grandchildren, Hazel Grace Davis, Willow Davis, Derek Butler, Braxton Satterfield, Amora Satterfield.
Mrs. Davis is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Monday morning, February 15 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Seth London and Bro. Jeff Burton will officiate. Interment in the Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are: Brandon Satterfield, Eric Deebanks, Chris Butler, Jordan Davis, Dakota Davis, Wayne Silcox; honorary pallbearers are Riverview Regional Co-workers.
Visitation will begin on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
The family has requested memorials to the Family Funeral Fund.
