Mrs. Frances Williams Maynard, age 89, of Lebanon, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
Mrs. Maynard was born July 27, 1935 a daughter of the late Charlie Williams and Elizabeth Parker Williams. She married James Howard “Jimmy” Maynard on August 5, 1955 and he preceded her in death on December 15, 2015. She was a 1953 graduate of Gordonsville High School. Mrs. Maynard worked for Bellsouth and eventually retired from United Furniture Workers where she worked as Office Manager. She spent her retirement doing the Bible teaching work of the Jehovah’s Witness.
Mrs. Maynard is survived by Son; Kenny (Pam) Maynard of Cookeville, TN. Daughter; Charlene (Tom) Derrickson of Lebanon, TN. Grandson; Logan (Kaila) Maynard. Granddaughter; Lillie Beth Derrickson. Great-granddaughter; Natalie Maynard. Sister-in-Law; Lucille Smith of Lebanon, TN.
Graveside Services and Interment for Mrs. Maynard are scheduled for Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 12PM at the Gordonsville Cemetery.
Visitation with the Maynard family will be at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes on Saturday from 10AM until departure for the cemetery at 11:45AM.
