Mrs. Cindy Stanton Bates, age 63 of Cookeville, died Wednesday, August 12, at Signature Health Care in Algood. She is survived by: husband, Greg Bates; children, Shane Figgins and wife Shannon of Kincaid, Kansas, Josh of Nebraska, Shannon King and husband Adam of Garnett, Kansas; sister, Jody Cothron of Florida; sisters-in-law, Diana Capps and husband Ronnie of Mt. Juliet, Shena Ragland and husband Mark of Buffalo Valley; 14 grandchildren.
Mrs. Bates is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted on Tuesday, August 18, at 1:00 PM at the Rock Springs Cemetery in Buffalo Valley. Brian Roberts, Mark Ragland and Shane Figgins will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation at the Carthage Chapel on Tuesday only from 11:00 AM until leaving for the cemetery at 12:15 PM.
The family has requested donations to the Family Funeral Fund.
