Mrs. Christine Goad, age 89 of the Russell Hill community, died Tuesday, April 11 at The Palace. She is survived by 5 children Gordon Goad and wife Lisa of Willette, Joe Goad and companion Glenda of Wartrace, Rebecca Niles of Union Camp, Randall Goad and wife Penny of Goosehorn, Charlie Goad of North Springs, 2 sisters Mildred Ray of Nashville, and Belle Brittain of Nashville and 1 brother Danny Ray West of Antioch.
Mrs. Goad is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Friday Morning, April 14 at 11:00 AM. Eld Junior Dickerson will officiate. Interment in Davis Cemetery of the Russell Hill Community. Pallbearers are: Josh Watson, Quinn Tucker and Chaz Tucker, and escort will be Weston Tucker and Rylan Watson.
Visitation will be Thursday April 13, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
The family is requesting memorials to Davis Cemetery Mowing Fund.
