Mrs. Brenda Bratcher, age 65, of Carthage, died Wednesday afternoon, July 1, 2020, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
She is survived by: husband, Bro. Frank Bratcher; mother, Nettie Lou Crook Judkins of Blue Springs; children, Bro. Bryan Bratcher and wife Traci of Carthage, Shane Bratcher and wife Jamie of Defeated Creek; brother, Billy Crook and wife Ofelia of Blue Springs; 3 grandchildren, Scarlett Looney and husband Jordan, Nick Bratcher and wife Selena, Emma Grace Bratcher; 3 step- grandchildren, James Ballard, Ethan Markwell, Ace Markwell; 3 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bratcher is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. Her service will be conducted at the Carthage First Freewill Baptist Church on Sunday afternoon, July 5, at 3:00 PM. Bro. Craig Mahler will officiate. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are: James Ballard, Ethan Markwell, Jordan Looney, Dwayne Barns, Kenny Williams.
Visitation at the funeral home will be on Saturday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday at the church from 1:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to the Carthage First Freewill Baptist Church.
