Mr. Willie H. “Buddy” Kemp
Mr. Willie H. “Buddy” Kemp, age 81, of Sullivans Bend, died Wednesday morning, March 18, 2020, at his home.
He is survived by wife, Joyce Kemp; children, Debbie Kemp Whitener of Carthage, Jeffery Kemp of Sullivans Bend; siblings, Evelyn Taylor and husband James of Old Hickory, Jean Caplenor of Flat Rock, James Kemp and wife Donna of Helms Bend; 5 grandchildren, Brian Hackett and wife Melissa, Phillip Hackett and wife Stacey, Drew Kemp and wife Shelby, Samantha Tyree and husband Jon, Demi Kemp; 7 great-grandchildren, Brannan, Conner, Kendra, Presley, Elijah, Payton, Cooper.
Mr. Kemp is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Saturday afternoon, March 21, at 3:00 PM. Bro. Wallace Caldwell will officiate. Interment in the Boulton Cemetery in his yard.
Serving as active pallbearers are: Drew Kemp, Phillip Hackett, Brian Hackett, Jon Tyree, Tony Grisham, Brannan Hackett, Conner Hackett; Honorary pallbearers, Tommy Jellicorse, Elijah Tyree, Cooper Kemp, Pat Lamkin, Tim Loftis.
Visitation will begin on Friday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 1:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM.
