World War II Marine Veteran, Mr. William Enoch, age 91 of Carthage, died Friday evening, June 4 at Smith County Health and Rehab. He is survived by; 4 sons, Sidney Enoch and wife Sharon of Riddleton, Jimmy Enoch and wife Connie of South Carthage, Scotty Enoch and wife Myra of Riddleton, Joey Enoch of Carthage; daughter-in-law, Karen Enoch of Monoville; 8 grandchildren, Lee Green and wife Cookie of Riddleton, Chad Green and wife Brandy of Riddleton, Candace Enoch of Elmwood, Stephen Enoch and wife Candy of Elmwood, Matthew Enoch of Riddleton, Emma Enoch of Riddleton, Phillip Enoch and fiance’ Jill Greenhaw of New Middleton, Holly Kirkland and husband Charles of Georgia; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Enoch is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral home where his service will be conducted on Monday morning, June 7 at 11:00 AM. Bro. Lanny Thomas will officiate. Interment in the Davis Cemetery in the Russell Hill Community with Full Military Honors. Serving as pallbearers are: Austin Enoch, Tyler Enoch, Jimmy Lynn Enoch, Dillon Shoulders, Dalton Shoulders, Little Sid Enoch.
Visitation will begin on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
The family has requested memorials to the Davis Cemetery Mowing Fund.
