Mr. William Douglas Kell, age 93, of Castilian Springs, TN passed away on Saturday August 29, 2026. Born in Springfield, Ohio, Doug was a son of the late William Beckwith Kell and Ethel Marie Phileans. He was an entrepreneur who owned and operated several businesses in the Upper Cumberland region including owner and operator of the Defeated Creek Marina and Granville Marina.
Doug is at the Carthage Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes, he will be transported to the Littleton and Rue Funeral Home, 830 N. Limestone St, Springfield, Ohio for funeral services and entombment.
