Mr. Wenn Bennett, age 47 of Hogans Creek, died Friday morning, February 26 at his home. He is survived by: parents, Wendel and Betty Bennett of Turkey Creek; 2 daughters, Alexia Bennett of Smyrna, Julianna Wright of Riddleton; sister, Retta Bennett Ellenburg and husband Richard of Rock City and their children, Lauren Ellenburg and her son Colton of South Carthage, Jared Ellenburg and wife Tori of Kempville.
Mr. Bennett is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, March 4 at 1:00 PM. Eld. Stephen Brooks will officiate. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens. Serving as pall bearers are: Jeremy Sanders, T. J. Stinson, Jeremy Crawford, Jared Ellenburg, Clint Phillips, Jerry Silcox.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
The kitchen is closed due to COVID.
