Mr. Wayne Mofield, age 69, of Rawls Creek, died Wednesday afternoon, May 23 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.  He is survived by: children, Michelle Taylor and husband David of Rawls Creek,  Tim Mofield and wife Rhonda of Rawls Creek; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Mofield is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Sunday afternoon, May 27, at 1:00 PM.  Eld. Junior Dickerson will officiate.  Interment in the Mofield Cemetery on Jenkins Road.  Serving as pallbearers are: David Mofield, Ricky Mofield, David Taylor Jr. Cordell Smith Jr. Mike Mofield, Gabriel Courtney.

Visitation will be on Sunday only from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
