Mr. Wallace Lee Flatt, age 77 of the Difficult Community, died Sunday afternoon, February 25 at Riverview Regional ER in Carthage. He is survived by: wife, Hilda Flatt; daughter, Tina Williams and husband Kyle of Difficult; son, Garrett Flatt and wife Angie Warrick Flatt of Lafayette; sister, Mary Etta Grimsley of Defeated Creek; grandson, Dakota Flatt and wife Kaitlyn of Difficult; great-granddaughter, Emelia Grace Flatt.
Mr. Flatt is at the Hackett Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home in Kempville where his service will be conducted on Thursday, February 29 at 1:00 PM. Bro. Zary Shealey and Eld. Barney Allison will officiate. Interment in the Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are: Kyle Williams, Dakota Flatt, Daniel Grimsley, Caleb Grimsley, Colton Grimsley, Adain Jones, Troy Bohanan, Jason Bohanan.
Visitation at the Hackett Chapel in Kempville begins on Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to the Jordan Hackett Foundation.
