Mr. Vernon Hesson
Mr. Vernon Hesson, age 79, of Russell Hill, died Saturday afternoon, June 1, 2019, at Riverview Regional in Carthage.
He is survived by: wife, Frances Hesson; children, Jessie Hesson Jr and wife Trina of Pleasant Shade, Ann Maree Bane and husband Johnny of Pleasant Shade, Jeanne Bell and husband Michael of Oak Grove, Jim Hesson and wife Desiree of Cookeville, Jay Hesson and wife Heather of Pleasant Shade; siblings, Daniel Hesson and wife Joyce of Russell Hill, Darrell Hesson of Russell Hill, Windle Hesson and wife Regina of Rocky Mound, Rickey Hesson and wife Martha of Riddleton, Carolyn Halliburton and husband Joe of Defeated Creek, Ronald Hesson and wife Gladys of Defeated Creek, Randy Hesson of Defeated Creek, Teresa Woodard and husband Chris of Hartsville, Betty Hubbard and husband Jerry of Four-Way-Inn; 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Hesson is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 4, at 1:00 PM with Eld. Junior Dickerson and Eld. Michael Nesbitt officiating. A Masonic Chapel Service will be conducted on Monday evening at 7:00 PM with the Difficult Masonic Lodge #451 F&AM officiating. Interment in the Patterson Cemetery with Military Honors.
Serving as pallbearers are: Cory McDonald, Phillip Hesson, Ron Smith, Robbie Stepp, Ryan White, Danny Rose.
Visitation on Monday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to the Patterson Cemetery or the Shriners Childrens Hospital.
