Mr. Tracy Tisdale, age 63 of Lebanon, died Wednesday morning, June 24 at Quality Care in Lebanon.  He is survived by: daughter, Kristin Oberhausen and husband Christian of Louisville, KY, son, Justin Tisdale and wife Victoria of Hendersonville; brother, Gary Tisdale of Portland; 6 grandchildren, Samantha Tisdale, Isabella Tisdale, Avery Tisdale, Alexis Tisdale, Jax Tisdale, Zoe Oberhausen.

Mr. Tisdale will be cremated at Cumberland Family Services.  A private Celebration of Life will be conducted at a later date.
