He is survived by wife, Teri (Pinky) Murphy-Apple; sister, Tammye (Mike) Fox; His 3 children, Jerimey (Dana) Apple, Jamie Apple (Sam) Copley, Jason (Nicole) Apple; G-Children, Dylan, (Yesenia), Olivia (Shields), Cheyenne, Aaron Brock, Christopher Apple, Rosa Alvarado, Jacob (Makaylan), Ashley (Emmanuel);

He loved God, Family & his country always ready to help someone in need. He was kind, thoughtful to people, children & kritters, and always had a joke to tell and missed truck driving more than he cared to admit.
