Mr. Terry Bly, age 44 of Lebanon, died Friday morning, February 10 at his home. He is survived by: wife, Mandy Bly; daughter, Hailey Renee Bly of Lebanon; mother, Peggy Judkins of Lebanon; father and mother-in-law, Dale and Beverly Boles White of New Middleton; 4 brothers, Chris Bly of Lebanon, Kenny Bly of Smithville, Kevin Bly of Alexandria, Brandon Bly of Carthage.
Mr. Bly will be cremated at Cumberland Family services. A private Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
