Mr. Scottie Carter
Mr. Scottie Carter, age 58, of Watervale, died Friday morning, February 22, 2019, at Riverview Regional in Carthage.
He is survived by: sister, Debbie Carter Minchey and husband Roy of South Carthage; 2 brothers, Sonny Carter and wife Peggy of Flatrock, Randy Carter of Carthage.
Mr. Carter is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Monday afternoon, February 25, at 1:00 PM. Eld. Stephen Brooks and Eld. Junior Dickerson will officiate. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens in Carthage.
Serving as pallbearers are: Landon Carter, Harold McCall, Horace McCall, John McCall, Dewey McCall, Derek Carter, Mike Lambert.
Visitation will begin on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM. and on Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to Smith County Rescue Squad or Rock City-Rome Fire Department.
