Mr. Ray J. (Wee) Dixon
Mr. Ray J. (Wee) Dixon, age 84, of Kempville, died Saturday morning, November 3, 2018, at Riverview Regional in Carthage.
He is survived by wife, Imo Dixon; 4 sons, Ricky Dixon and wife Barbara of Buffalo, Donnie Dixon and wife Lisa of Buffalo, Dale Dixon and wife Pat of the Friendship Hollow, Lanny Dixon and fiance’ Julia Harris of Defeated Creek; sister, Jo Murphy of Lafayette; 9 grandchildren, Shawna Zody, Breanne Kintz, Ashlee Dixon Jones, Josh Dixon, Allen Dixon, Jordan Dixon, Amber Reddy, Alainey Dixon Manning, Dylan Dixon; 17 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Dixon is at the Hackett Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home in Kempville where his services will be conducted on Monday afternoon, November 5, at 1:00 PM. Bro. Steve Waller and Bro. Brian Bratcher will officiate. Interment in the Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers are: Josh Dixon, Allen Dixon, Jordan Dixon, Dylan Dixon, Michael Zody, Stephen Kintz, Jason Reddy, Luke Manning, Robert Gaffney, Brian Gaffney.
Visitation will begin on Sunday afternoon from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
