Mr. Ralston Overstreet
Mr. Ralston Overstreet, age 86, of Sullivans Bend, died Tuesday evening, September 20, at his home. He is survived by: daughter, Letha Wethington and husband Les of Hendersonville, son, Douglas Overstreet of Nashville; sister, Betty Grisham of Elmwood; brothers, Hubert Overstreet and wife Norma of Mt. Juliet, Tommy Overstreet and wife Flora of Old Hickory; 3 granddaughters, Renee Crecelius and husband Stephen of Lebanon, Amanda Rennie and Houston Mercer of Hendersonville, Alexius Wethington of Hendersonville; 4 great-grandchildren; Landon Crecelius, Emma Crecelius, Camden Mercer and Braxton Mercer; caregiver: Sherrie Johnson.
Mr. Overstreet is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Friday afternoon, September 23, at 1:00 PM. Bro. Wallace Caldwwell will officiate. Interment in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Sullivans Bend. Pallbearers will be: Robin Grisham, Timmy Grisham, James Kemp, Danny Reagan, Jeff Sircy and Les Wethington.
Visitation will begin on Thursday afternoon at 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Friday from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
