Mr. Neal Hackett
Mr. Neal Hackett, age 90, of Lock Seven, died Saturday evening, December 17, at Riverview Regional in Carthage. He is survived by: daughter, Lisa Anderson and husband Ricky of Difficult; sons, Michael Hackett and wife Beth of Nashville, Chad Hackett and wife Krissa of Lock Seven; sister, Mary Vance of Lock Seven; 8 grandchildren, Wendy Hardin and husband Scott, Linsey Arfsten and husband Nick, Spencer Anderson and wife Chelsea, Ethan Hackett, Dylan Hackett, Eli Hackett, Abigayle Hackett, Brandi Seckenger; 6 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Hackett is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Tuesday afternoon, December 20, at 1:00 PM. Eld. Junior Dickerson will officiate. Interment with Full Military Honors in the Smith County Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers are: Thomas Vance, Joe Vance, Roscoe Vance, B. L. Owens, Mack Gann, Jimmy Joe Boze, Brian Hensley, and Paul Swann. Honorary pallbearers are: Kyle Owen, Joe Darren Boze, Daniel Boze, Alan Long, David Gregory, Jim Cowan, Hale Wright and Harold Jenkins.
Visitation will begin on Monday afternoon from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to the Jordan Hackett Foundation.
