Mr. Michael T. Allen, age 74, of Antioch, died Monday morning, October 21, 2019, at Lebanon Health and Rehab.
He is survived by; aunt, Christine Allen Woodard of Knoxville; caregiver, Pamela and Marc Boyd of LaVergne.
Mr. Allen is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral home where his service will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, October 24, at 1:00 PM. Bro. Steve Marcum will officiate. Interment in the Dixon Springs Cemetery.
Visitation on Thursday only from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
