Mr. Larry “Shorty” Shoulders, age 75 of Monoville, died Friday morning, October 27 at Riverview Regional in Carthage. He is survived by: wife, Darlene Shoulders; daughter, Teresa Elrod of South Carthage; grandson, David Elrod and wife Abigail of Dixon Springs, Eric Kuster and Kaleigh Scott of Lafayette; sister, Anna Shoulders of South Carthage; brother, Bruce Shoulders and wife Melissa of Difficult.
Mr. Shoulders is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Sunday afternoon October 29 at 3:00 PM. Bro. Chris Reagan and Bro. Jimmy Gregory will officiate. Dallas Scott will present the eulogy. Interment in the Smith County Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are: Chris Alley, David Elrod, Eric Kuster, Dallas Scott, John McCall, Kenny Bryant, Corey Bryant, Dwain Grisham.
Visitation will begin on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Sunday from 11:00 AM until service time at 3:00 PM.
The family has requested memorials to the Family Funeral Fund.
