Mr. John Hammock, age 75 of Riddleton, died Saturday afternoon, October 10 at Riverview Regional in Carthage. He is survived by: son, Tony Hammock and wife Rachel of Hendersonville; granddaughter, Ella Hammock of Hendersonville; niece, Alonna Metress Malone-Hammock of Madison; nephews, Samuel “Maurice” Hammock and wife Tiffiney of Castalian Springs, Mark Hammock and wife Angela of Mt. Juliet; great nieces, Samesha Thomas and husband Dwight of Portland, Amber Hammock of Mt. Juliet, Kennedi Hammock of Mt. Juliet; great nephews, Samari Hammock of Castalian Springs, Christian Hammock of Mt. Juliet.

Mr. Hammock is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. His service will be conducted at Greater Beech Hill Baptist Church in Hartsville on Saturday October 17 at 12:00 , noon. Pastor Preston Carter will officiate. Interment in the Rock Vale Cemetery in Riddleton.
