Mr. Joe Joe Burk, age 47 of the Tanglewood Community, died Saturday morning, March 28 at Riverview High Point in Carthage. He is survived by: mother, Dorothy Burk Jones; sisters, Eliza Jane Burk and Melissa McGee of Anderson, South Carolina; brother, Jeffery McGee of Anderson, South Carolina; A host of nieces and nephews; nephew rendered in home, Joe Allen Willingham and wife Misty of Gainesboro; special friends, James, Saba, and Leah Crabtree of Tanglewood.
Mr. Burk is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Friday afternoon, April 3 at 3:00 PM. Eld. Jason Sloan and Eld. Darius Watkins will officiate. Interment in the Anderson Memorial Gardens in Anderson, South Carolina.
Visitation on Friday only from 12:00 noon until service time at 3:00 PM.
