Mr. Joe Don Starnes, age 78 of Riddleton, died Monday morning, September 22 at Smith County Health and Rehab. He is survived by: daughter, Jodi Anderson and husband Anthony of Riddleton; brother, Terry Starnes of Hickman; sister, Pamela Rackley of Smithville; step-daughter, Dorothy Searcy of Smithville; 2 grandchildren, Ethan Filipovic and wife Melissa of Woodbury, Timothy Wilson of Nashville; several great-grandchildren.
Mr. Starnes will be cremated at Cumberland Family Services. No service is planned at this time.
