Mr. Jeffery Maggart, age 59 of the Popes Hill Community, died Monday morning, August 12, 2024 at High Point Health- Riverview. He is survived by wife, Angie Crockett Maggart; son, Browning Maggart of Riverpoint; sister, Barbara Maggart Duke and husband Tommy of Chestnut Mound, and their daughter Kira Duke of Chestnut Mound and son, Josh Duke and his wife, Brittany of Gordonsville; Ronnie Maggart and wife Tammy of Lebanon, and their daughter, ,Amanda Hodges and husband Joseph of Portland; step-daughter, Savannah Burke of Jamestown; grandson, Avan Maggart.
Mr. Maggart is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Monday morning, August 19 at 11:00 AM. Eld. Shane Gregory will officiate. Interment in the Ridgewood Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Blake Grogan, Kelt London, Chris Blair, Josh Duke, Joseph Hodges, Jason Dyer.
Visitation beginning on Sunday from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
The family has requested memorials to help assist with funeral expenses.
