Mr. J. T. Jones
Mr. J. T. Jones, age 83, of Carthage, died Monday morning, December 9, 2019, at Riverview Regional in Carthage.
He is survived by two sons, John Jones of Carthage, Jason Jones and wife Angela of Carthage; brother-in-law, Dennis Orman of Nashville; sister-in-law, Joyce Jones of Nashville.
Mr. Jones is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. His service will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, December 12, at 1:00 PM at the Anderson and Garrett Funeral Home at 3501 Old Clarksville Pike in Joelton. Edward L. Anderson and Dr. Joe Jones will officiate. Interment in the Tomlinson-Hazelwood Cemetery in Nashville.
Serving as active pallbearers are: Buddy Ellithorpe, Jerry Tomlinson Jr., David Tomlinson, Wayne Tomlinson, Ronald Tomlinson, McKinley Richardson, Ron McLarty, Bill Jones. Serving as Honorary pallbearers are: Herb Wade, Herb Wade Jr, Buck Hazelwood, Tom Hazelwood, George Hazelwood, Ollie Hazelwood, Eddie LaBuz, Larry Silcox.
Visitation at Sanderson Funeral Home will be on Wednesday afternoon from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Thursday at Anderson and Garrett from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
