Mr. J. B. Wilmore, age 86, of Pleasant Shade, died Monday morning, June 8, at Macon General in Lafayette. He is survived by: 5 children, Billy Wilmore and wife Janice of South Carthage, Marty Wilmore and wife Jill of Pleasant Shade, Scotty Wilmore and wife Ramona of Pleasant Shade, Robin Ann Elliot and husband Doug of Pleasant Shade, Stacey Wilmore and wife Tracy of Pleasant Shade,; brother, I. H. Wilmore of Graveltown; 11 grandchildren, Mandy Mellons and husband Josh, Monica Hill and husband Cody, Tyler Robinson and wife Kim, Ethan and Adyn Elliot, Sarah and Taylor Wilmore, Nathan Wilmore, Amanda Mullinax and husband Kevin, McKenzie Elliot, Kathryn Cook, 6 great-grandchildren, Peyton Mellons, Kaden Mullinax, Rome Robinson, Karson Mullinax, Eli Mellons, Livy Robinson.
Mr. Wilmore is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where his service will be conducted on Thursday, June 11, at 11:00 AM. Eld. James Thomas Gibbs and Eld. Junior Dickerson will officiate. Interment in the Pleasant Shade Cemetery.
Visitation begins Wednesday June 10th at 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM and on Thursday June 11th from 8:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
The family has requested memorials to the Pleasant Shade Cemetery.
